"Recently gave it the first usage whilst in Baja, and found a sway bar link wasn't properly tightened. With the AO adapter, this scissor jack is a fast, smooth, safe means to crank up the front suspension arm. A cordless drill + DIY adapter speeds initial cranking, and then the hand crank is smooth and easy. Quite effortless overall compared to cylinder jack systems. A bit heavy and bulky, but a vinyl Hummer jack bag off Ebay keeps it all together."
"I appreciate you having these in stock. I understand they are refurbished and not in ideal condition. However, the jack you sent me was filthy. Doesn’t look like anyone even tried to clean it up a bit. Also, the adapter did not fit the jack. I had to file down metal burrs for it to seat properly. Was this tried before being sent? For 340 dollars I expected just a bit more attention to detail. I know you are a great company and do wonderful work. In this case however I was disappointed. Thank you."
